The Panhandle Picasso

The Panhandle Picasso, the second book in Kendra Hoey’s Trina Scotsdale series, finds Trina investigating after a well-known local artist is found dead in his studio on the eve of his sculpture’s inclusion in the Underwater Museum of Art installation off the coast of South Walton, Florida.
