When a man drops dead in front of bleachers full of spectators while a baseball game is being played, British mystery buff John Arthur finds himself once again involved in the local PD’s investigation. Much to Detective Marlowe’s consternation, John is convinced the death was not natural causes but murder… he just has to prove it.
